I’ve visited Cookies N Cream multiple times, and one thing that stands out is how hot it always seems to be inside. As a customer, it’s uncomfortable, but I feel even worse for the employees who have to work in those conditions for entire shifts. The temperature often feels excessive, and it raises concerns about whether the work environment is safe and comfortable for staff. What made it even more noticeable is that there appears to be a fan set up in the front for customers, but I didn’t see any fans or cooling measures for the employees working behind the counter and around the ovens. The staff always seem to be working hard despite the heat, but it doesn’t seem fair for them to spend hours in those conditions. I also want to mention that the girl who helped me today was extremely friendly and helpful. Despite what appeared to be difficult working conditions, she provided great customer service, was patient, and maintained a positive attitude throughout my visit. The employees deserve credit for their professionalism. Another issue I’ve noticed is that the ice cream can sometimes be partially melted when served, which may be related to how warm the store gets. It takes away from

I’ve been to Cookies N Cream numerous times and have always had good experiences with the staff, which is why this review is disappointing to write. On my most recent visit on June 6, I recognized a girl who had given me an issue on a previous visit. She was working the register, has long hair, wears pink shoes and wears a lot of necklaces. From the moment I walked in, she was rude, dismissive, and came across as aggressive when interacting with customers. What stood out even more was that I noticed she was treating other customers the same way, including children. As paying customers, we deserve to be treated with basic respect, and I honestly don’t understand why she acts this way. The rest of the staff at this location have always been friendly and welcoming, so this seems to be an issue with one employee rather than the store as a whole. Unfortunately, her attitude makes me hesitate to come back when I see that she’s working. She always appears unhappy and annoyed to be there, and it creates an uncomfortable environment for customers. I hope management addresses this because the store itself is great, but one employee can really impact the overall experience.

I have never had a positive experience with this shop. Every time I go it’s loud, crowded, and disorganized. Theres no clear line and the employees take orders willy nilly. Once I placed an order and the employee taking my order did not actually put it in and then left without clocking out. It always takes at least twenty minutes to get your items. I keep trying to give them second chances because they are one of the few places nearby with a wide selection and late hours, but I can no longer abide. I decided to order delivery instead of going and save myself the headache, but they couldn’t get that right either. One of the milkshakes we received was the wrong flavor and only one of the three cookies we ordered was the correct flavor. I’m never going back because it’s as though the employees have never been to an ice cream shop before and don’t know how to run it.

Such a fun and delicious spot! This ice cream parlor has a great selection of unique treats especially the liquor-infused ice cream, which was a fun twist. They also have tons of toppings to choose from, including cereal, almonds and other creative options. I noticed their menu had sugar free which was of course did it for me. The cookies were huge, fresh, and absolutely delicious, definitely a must! Our favorite was the Dubai chocolate one. The store itself is beautifully decorated, super clean, and located in a convenient area with plenty of parking. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. A perfect place to treat yourself or hang out with friends. Can’t wait to go back!

I was craving a dessert and decided to give this place a try and it was the best decision ever! Here you will find dairy and vegan ice cream options!! All super delicious I had the toasted coconut in a cone and im speechless; it was delicious, creamy and not too sweet. They offer big variety of cookies and i tried the cookies and cream (signature I guess) made with Oreos and WOW! It was a party in my mouth because flavor and texture were perfect together! Definitely I’ll be back. 100% recommended the staff was attentive and cordial 🧡
